From one day to the next my slideshow screensaver stopped working. It shows only a black screen. I tried to change it to Version 0.0.8 without success and reinstalled it. Also I tried to change it from fanart mode to picture folder but still got the black screen. All other screensavers work well. Does somebody have an idea how I can fix this?

are you using openelec perhaps?
if so, please install openelec rc4.
if not, please post a Debug Log.

No, it is not an Openelec system. I fixed the Problem by myselve. I deleted the .XBMC directory. So I was able to configure it again. Now it works.
