Not sure if even posting in right place but here goes. I'm using Frodo.

I have read that xbmc reads iso files. So I have taken a few DVD's I have and used DVDFAB to clone and create ISO file.
XBMC loads the files into library and plays just as if it were the original DVD.

My question is this.....
The picture seems to be quite clear, but it keeps showing these as playing in 480??

Am I missing something?

I',m not sure what your issue is.
You sad, you created ISOs from DVDs. DVDs are usually in 480p or in 576p...

I'm a bit confused what your asking for?

Hey thanks for the reply. I guess its me that's confused. I thought DVD's would have been in higher resolution. Didn't know they were in 480.

Would ISO of Blue Ray show up as higher resolution?

Blu-Ray ISO will be in 1080p or 1080i depending on content. Most are in 1080p, while a few like BBC documentaries are in 1080i.
