Hi ,
I am new and have installed XBMC at my raspberry pi, but i cannot find how to switch xbmc off en go to the normal raspberyy pi screen
i have tried / and crt-alt-f2 and f3 but nothings seems to be working

Normal screen? What OS/distro are you using? OpenELEC, Raspbmc, XBian, Raspbian, Arch linux?

Most of these raspberry pi distributions do not *have* a normal screen. They are built as a XBMC-only system.

I have installed Raspbmc so this means i cannot use my raspberry only as a mediacenter not as a computer any more

Take a look into BerryBoot:

It let's you choose what OS you want to load, but only using one SD card. I use it to switch between OpenELEC, Raspbmc, Raspbian (has a desktop), and Arch Linux.
