TV Settings vs. GPU Settings

I'm wondering what everyone does when dealing with HTPC and color settings.
Example is AMD VISION Engine Control Center
I imagine there would be conflict with these settings and your TV settings. How do you deal with it ?

I set up my TV first. I burnt THIS - http://www.avsforum.com/t/948496/avs-hd-...alibration - to a DVD and slapped it in my blur-ray player, and used it to set my television color settings. Also tuned off Dynamic Contrast and tweaked a couple other things.

Then I ran it on my HTPC and used my GPU drivers to adjust that. For AMD/ATI, disable all video enhancements except "Enforce Smooth Playback". Keeping Deinterlace on Auto.

I use Full RGB on my HTPC. I found using YCbCr gave me odd-looking video artifacts, though the color was more realistic, overall. However, I do use YCbCr 4:4:4 for my Blu-ray player. I also use "Just scan" on my TV.

It took a bit of work, but I'm pretty satisfied with the end results.

Oh, you can also use this for adjusting color/contrast/brightness/sharpness

I already have my TV set. Fact I have it set for every component I have (cable, DVD, WDTV) as my Mitsubishi WD60C9 allows for individual component settings.
I was just curious about PC video settings.
