When I first loaded in my TV Shows i accidently said it was one show...

I have removed that tick but now anytime i update the library all the tv shows go into "Al TV", as that it what it though my TV folder was.

How can i remove this assosiation with this TV Folder and "Al TV" Show

This is almost certainly because when you "Set Content" on your "TV" folder you specified "This folder contains a single show" when the folder actually contains a whole bunch of shows, each in their own folder, right?

So "Set Content" on your "TV" folder again, and make sure that setting is turned off.
