Bug Video does not play properly

Hi,
I have certain video files that won't play properly. They show green artifacts and are unwatchable.

Using Frodo 12.1 on win8.

Creata a debug log (wiki) and if possible upload a sample file somewhere so we can test as well.

Generally speaking, no, no links to torrents. It won't help anyways, because I found it and there are no seeds for it. It's an old torrent.

Funny thing, I might actually have a copy of that release on a DVD-R somewhere... Where did I put all those discs...

We just need a small sample of one of the files you have (a few seconds). However, I'm totally blanking on what app to use for making a video sample on Windows..

It is indeed seeded since I got the first episodes from the batch a few days ago.

About uploading a sample, I know it can be done with avidemux, but it alters the codes afaik.
