Remove movie from the library then try adding it again is all I can suggest.

I am also receiveing these errors, and similar problems. Did anyone have any luck with this, can I simply uninstall the XBMC Subtitles plugin and be ok?
I just did a quick check and the video plays quickly when loading it locally, be aware the full video hasn't transferred yet.
Update:
Local file plays, but takes a little longer to start than expected (subs addon installed)
Network file, via SQL DB takes a really long time to start a video file (subs addon installed)
Local file plays, no noticable difference from when sub addon was installed (subs addon removed)
Network file, via SQL DB takes longer but at least it's not minutes to start a video file (subs addon removed)
I think there is a couple of issues, general network, but also something telated to XBMC subtitles addon. I also noticed that when it is removed I no longer get the following errors as frequent:
15:45:33 T:140480595621632 ERROR: ffmpeg[2FFFF700]: [IMGUTILS] Picture size 1280x40802128 is invalid
15:46:03 T:140480595621632 ERROR: ffmpeg[2FFFF700]: [IMGUTILS] Picture size 0x0 is invalid
15:46:03 T:140480595621632 ERROR: ffmpeg[2FFFF700]: [bintext] get_buffer() failed

Additionally, when the file does start, skipping back and forth isn't an issue.

Hi Fafnr, is your issue resolved and if so what did you do to resolve it?
