apple tv 2 crashes when scrolling through movies
#16
I just had the same type of scenario occur - so I thought there was some corrupt addon OR something became corrupted.
Reflashed my appletv2, reinstalled 12.2 xbmc, and same problem.
Reflashed my appletv2, reinstalled 11.04 xbmc (I think), and same problem

I looked at the movies that I just installed and found one movie that xbmc for some reason crashes with its analysis/running of the movie.

Removed the movie and problem fixed.

I would like to know what was so unique regarding this movie file that caused this crash.
btw - the movie plays fine on my PC.

here is the media info for the movie (name removed)

Well hard to say. Did it crash when trying to extract a thumbnail from that one? debug log (wiki) would help maybe...
