BUG Deleting Channels

Hey guys,
I've been using XBMC for almost 2 years now and using PseudoTV for about a year. I've noticed that somehow, channels end up being deleted from my epg. I have no idea on how to get them back. I'm thinking that when the channel has played through all the files, they are marked as watched and disappear. Is there any way of fixing this?
