DVD audio suddenly doesn't work? It worked yesterday!
#1
I have a set of workout videos, DVD ISO's, which we use daily in my household. The DVD's play just fine in VLC, and as of yesterday, they played just fine in XBMC. Now today, when they hit any place where sound/music would get played, loud static starts going over the speakers. Nothing has changed since yesterday.

The only way to get the static to go away is to switch to "analog" audio in the audio and subtitle menu, but then it makes the change for all videos. I am connected directly to a television via HDMI for audio and video. I have my audio output set to "optical/coax" because I was bit by the 46m and 1 hour audio bugs. Audio output device was set to default.

I've never sent in a log before, so some advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. I don't know what happened Sad
