automated downloads tool which dosent use torrent or usenet

i need help im looking automated downloads tool which dosent use torrent or usenet i know those tools are out there

You can use RSS Feed applications, which just download the container files.

However, and it's a big however, from where will your automated program check for files, and who will put new files in its place?

If it's someone you know, use rsync'ing or ftp.

If it's a random service, or a storage site, use RSS and dropbox/fxp / http resuming download managers to start a sync.
