has anyone tried to write a web browser script?

its fairly easy to download the html, a parser would be required.

my idea was to generate python script based on the html and then launch the python script once its parsed. it would give the look and feel of a webpage.

its not going to support java or flash or anything but it would, display a basic webpage.

anyone make an attempt at this or have some snippets of html parsing or tools that might be handy....no point reinventing the wheel if i don't have to.

ok, not being a smart alec as you have 3 posts but have you looked at the total number of posts here? use the search button please, a script was made some time ago, most common scripts can be found at xbmcscripts.com and there is a current experimental development it intigrate one.
