Right now, when I press the media play button on my Mac's keyboard, it starts iTunes, but I'd rather have it start XBMC.

Open the app.
When I use a remote, there's an option that lets me start XBMC from the desktop using play on the remote.
It'd be convenient to be able to do the same thing with the play button on my keyboard.

You can route any key to open any app or script through software such as Better Touch Tool
