Looks like it's working for the most part!

Observations:
1) I think that usually Ember asks for Fanart 1st and posters 2nd, but OMM is the opposite?

2) You can't double click fanart to view enlarged, but you can for posters.

3) It doesn't display the Edit Movie window when complete.

I didn't get a chance to test the Cancel buttons. Leaving on vacation and won't be back until Sept 13th.

Thank you.

Hy Captain

i have start working on DVDProfiler import. First test runs great.

What information would be useful for you to import?
I have the following already prepared:
  • Title (for intial searching with scraper)
  • ProductionYear (for intial searching with scraper)
  • RunningTime
  • CaseType
  • AudioTrack (AudioContent, AudioFormat, AudioChannels)
  • MediaTypes (DVD, HDDVD, BluRay)
  • Subtitles
  • Disc (Location, Slot)
I think video format is a problem, the DVDProfiler provides no useful information.

Later I want create an automation for the the video tagline, just like the renamer :

$C = casetype
$L = location
$S = slot
$M = mediatype

"Please insert the $M from the $L $S (it's a $C)."

What do you think?

Hey Dan this looks exciting!

Bad timing right now as I'm preparing for week long road trip for work next week, so company has me backed into corner with deadlines on projects for trip, so working long hours. Plus trying to keep up with home life for holiday stuff. Daughters car was totaled in accident and now I have to spend weekend helping her look for new one. Everything happens at once!

I'll try to dig into answers to your questions as time is available.

Oh, I hope your daughter is doing well!

No problem, I just keep going. At the weekend it will probably be a new release, then you can test it as well.

Can someone send me a collection.xml so that I can synchronize the audio formats?

Your video tagline automation sounds like a great idea!

The new OMM screen layout and options are impressive!

Regarding what's imported, it's important to consider that almost everything has already been scraped by DVDP:
1) Is it "RunningTime" or "Runtime"?
2) Pertaining to video info, while the actual media file is on DVD/Blu-ray and not on library source drive, wouldn't it be cool to show the video and audio details of the actual media that needs to be inserted since that is a true representation of content if in fact played? Nice to know if content is DVD or Bluray, etc before actually clicking play. Perhaps a setting that give option to include it or not?
3) Directors
4) Credits
5) Actors
6) Genres
7) Studios
8) Country
9) Overview (plot/outline)

Already implemented:
- multi audio tracks informations (language, codec, # of channels)
- runtime
- case type (Slim case, Steelbox...)
- media type (blueray, DVD, hddvd h
- subtitles
- disc location and slot
- building dummy movie or mediastub file
- auto tagline/message generator with infos of case type, media type...

The only problem I have is video informations. DVDProfiler save only the aspect ratio, no resolution or codec informations.

All other informations like cast, director, actors, poster... are scraped like other movies. And yes, now the Edit Movie windows is displayed after creating =)

How come you can't use the already scrapped and downloaded actors and poster (front cover) images? This would greatly reduce scrapping time and allow the use of the actual DVD/Bluray front cover art. Part of the appeal of DVD Profiler is ths the actual cover being scrapped. The scrapping process would only need to prompt for the fanart and trailer then.
