I restarted XBMC already. Nothing changed. Maybe I will try a clean re-install of XBMC.

I just saw after looking for the flags again, that they appear in "Django Unchained".
In this movie I looked up the audio-settings.
It seems that I have to start playing every movie, go into audio settings and then the flags appear...
BUT: If I restart XBMC and go back to the movie just watched. Flags don't show up...
