I have a GIGABYTE GA-C1007UN-D Intel NM70 Chipset HDMI SATA 6Gb/s Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
I'm not sure what build of openelec I need I tried intel 86x and I freezes when I try to boot the installer. I tried the openelec forums but there pretty dead.

I also would use OpenELEC Stable - Intel x86_64 Version:3.0.6
Maybe you should update your BIOS, enable ACHI and check other settings...
