I'm running NPVR 2.6.2 on a WHS2011 Server, I can not access the web server locally or over network...
I checked ports, firewall, client settings... Nothing, log also shows nothing... any ideas what could be causing this?

Are you talking about from the XBMC addon, or trying to directly access the web server from a browser? If from a browser, what url are you entering?

Talking about from the browser on server running npvr... Needless to say xbmc plugin doesn't connect...
I've setup npvr multiple times without a problem... But for some reason this new install is not working... all prerequisite software is installed!

What url are you typing in at browser?
I you post the nrecord.log and web.log, I can check if the web server is starting fine, or what problem it's encountering

web.log would be created for any connect attempt on port 8866. Are you sure you aren't having a firewall issue?

It looks like the webserver is starting correctly in that log. Are you sure you don't have a web.log?
Like Martin above, I'm wondering if it's firewall related.

I don't know. Without that log, there isn't much to go one, and I've not seen any other reports.
Maybe try looking in the Windows Event Viewer for any sign of errors, or stop the recording service and run it from the command line using "nrecord.exe RUN" to see if there is any error messages displayed.
