I don't understand what you mean by create a session.

The Choose Icon option will allow you to choose an icon from the included library or your own custom icon.

I'm assuming that you are saying that you want to use a custom image for a button?

And that your meaning of an "image" is an icon?

If so, then create your custom icon image, and click the custom option in last screen shot above (top row, 2nd item from left) and point to where the icon is.

If you're asking how to create a custom image or icon, then that is not a question for this forum. You should try something like Photoshop or maybe one of these:
