Coming from wmc, the things I really miss are: Jogging forward 30 secs but back only 5 (very useful for searching). And, series record - I did just find the feature where you can search for similar programs, which is a start but you have to then click each one to record.
Aside from that - everything else is loads better on xbmc than wmc!

you can change the keymapping if you want anything else than the default. that's documented on the wiki.
series linking is not implemented atm
