Quick Noob Question
#1
I'm changing the (~/XBMC/addons/skin.bello/colors/)defaults.xml file ARGB values, but it reverts to some type of default gui (not confluence). My ultimate goal is to just change the color tint of a skin. Possibly make an xbt file. Any advice? Any tutorials?

Thanks Everyone!

Confluence is the default gui xbmc reverts to if you break the skin you are working in, so i'm not sure what you mean.
A screenshot might tell us more if you want to know. Make sure to use a good text editor like Notepad++ or something, it's easy to miss a character.

Here is a good start, it has links to the skinning manual and tutorials. As well as how as how to use texture packer.

And on bello's github you can find the original images to make your xbt with

And to ask Nessus questions about his skin, you can find him here
