9GAG released a new website called 9gag.tv

I quite like this site, so I created a add-on for it:

https://github.com/StateOfTheArt89/plugin.video.9gagtv

If you experience any issues or want new features to be added, please tell via github or this forum.

Hope you guys like it

It seems if a youtube video has more than one subtitle available, they are all shown (on top of each other)

Hey,

Looking at a recent message from StateofArt89, it seems that he won't be able to fix it anytime soon : https://github.com/StateOfTheArt89/plugi...v/issues/2

So I took the liberty to make a pretty similar one :

Thanks for your feedbacks.

codeKonami, where is possible to get information about the API?
can't you make it work like the 9gag tv addon, or make a PR to fix the original one?

Would be great to see videos of the day and archived videos.

Look here. I finished a version today. It's available for testing via my repos.

Give me feedback.

There is no real API information on their website, I think they are building it.

The link below returns a json with the number of videos wanted in count (here 20), direction is to get on asc or desc order maybe there are others parameters but I didn't try.

http://9gag.tv/api/index/nJ1gX?ref_key=&...ludeSelf=0

It would be possible to return a big amount of videos like above and parse the timestamp in the json in order to generate the section you mentionned. It's actually what I wanted to do in the first place but I didn't have time.

Maybe someone will have the patience to do it Smile

Thanks

Thomas

Please try the version of 9gag.tv from my repository. I finished a version yesterday with 3 categories and pagination. Also I'm in contact with StateOfTheArt via GitHub. It is possible that this one will be the replacement. But first I need feedback, so I can see if the addon works well.
