I think savazzi is talking about this one:
http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/emm-r/wiki
Its the link thats called if you select "EmberMM.com Wiki" in the Help menu of ember...

BTW: If you click in the about box of ember this (dead) link is called:
ember.purplepig.net
I think it should lead to this forum as in the scrolling text a forum link is mentioned right at the beginning (I think a false one, needs correction to...)

I was not aware there was two wiki's Smile

I've removed the link to: http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/emm-r/wiki
form the program.

If http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Emb...ia_Manager is good or can be completed... I can put back the link to that...

I've written a big step-by-step tutorial for the german community: Link
... but my english is too bad to translate it into english Big Grin

I think a multilingual wiki would be great. Is there something like Transifex as a wiki?

I started working on the wiki page for Ember:

http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Emb...ia_Manager

We should expand information there from time to time. Edited the first post to put link in there

OK, I've accepted the challenge. Swat me down if I'm going in the wrong direction, but I've been adding a bunch of content. At present, it is developer-centric, but it is a start nonetheless.

And as a side-note, the new website's front page (embermediamanager.org) can stay "under construction", but should at least have links to the wiki and bug tracker. Otherwise the site appears dead to the uninformed visitor.

Sorry guys, but I had to completely reset the wiki!

The Wiki was totally crowded with spam. The database has reached incredible 4GB, although I had tried to delete all the spam. MediaWiki archived all the deleted posts. I tried to delete the entries manually, unfortunately I deleted all the useful posts. Sorry again, that your work is gone.

I have now re-installed the wiki and set up a daily backup. I'm trying to configure security setting better this time.

At present, no one can register. Who wants a account please send me a PM.

OUCH that hurt, I just noticed it by visiting the wiki site! Any chance that the webhoster made automatic backup from october? That would help, because building up everything will be PITA Shocked

I have a local copy of the wiki, but I'm waiting on Dan to add me as a WIKI user... <hint!>

I don't have the pictures though, just the raw text, but that's the biggest challenge.
