Hi,
I'm running v12.2 and have an issue where the sub-menus aren't being activated on start-up. I have to go into System/Customizers/Main Menu Customisations to reactivate it. If I exit and then start XBMC again I get the same issue.
Can anyone advise of a resolution please?
Thanks.

Which skin? Which operating system?

Either this is skin dependent and you need to ask in the Aeon Nox folder or your skin settings are not being saved. Do you wait for XBMC to close when you shut the application down ?
An easy way to check is to switch to confluence and change something in that skin. If that is saved properly than this is an Aeon Nox specific issue.

Definitely seems to be Aeon Nox related - I switched to Confluence and changed some menus and they worked fine.
I always exit XBMC 'gracefully' but still have the same problem

Solved!!
I had Live TV enabled, but no TV service enabled. When I started XBMC it kept asking me to select a TV service to enable. I used 'Esc' to drop out of this but it then failed to show the sub-menus for the main menu items along the bottom.
Once I'd disabled the Live TV option the sub-menus came back...
