Hi all, I've seen a ton of USB Android sticks, like this JUSTOP K9 Android 4.1 TV Dongle (http://www.amazon.co.uk/JUSTOP-Android-I...words=xbmc) - are they any good? Do they play 1080p? What are they running? Are these sticks essentially the same but just re-branded? There seemes to be one that looks the same on the j1nx website (http://www.j1nx.nl/product/ug802/) - is that just running a different FW?

It's really hard to say. There's no real standardization to the naming or model numbers, and often different ones will adapt similar model numbers to sort of cheat and sound like it's related to another one. Even the outside casing can be deceiving. Some sticks will look identical from the outside, and likely use the exact same plastic molds, but will have very different insides.

The best advice I can give is to research research research. Whenever possible, buy from a place that has direct user reviews, so maybe someone who's boughten that same item can verify if it really is the same product or not.
