I have the same thing on my 9705h from ca 2012. Happens with my NUC and all other PCs, my old boxee box etc. Doesn't happen with ps3 or 360. Usually only happens once during a viewing so i've just ignored it. Very likely an HDMI/HDCP handshake issue. Have you tried all the HDMI ports? You should try hooking it up to a regular LCD monitor to try and recreate the issue.

Have not tried these, so I would read up on it if you want to spend any money on fixing your issues.
