I am running the latest stable build from mid-May, on a iMac 2.66 w/4GB RAM. All of my media is stored on a WD MyBookLive, attached to the Mac via ethernet cable.
Whenever I go into the Library views, the thumbnails only display for the first few screens. After that they are blank, and it cannot scroll or browse the library. It top and stalls for several minutes.
Similarly, when I try to play a movie, it takes up to 5 minutes to start playing.
Why is this not working smoothly, given the specs of my machine?
