Which one would be the better choice for XBMC to run OpenELEC on?

I just want a box to stream from my NAS with no drama, just playing Bluray 1080P rips. Nothing more fancy than that. Needs to be quiet, needs to have optical SPDIF and needs to work flawlessly with a Harmony Touch remote.

Both are £165 - so no price difference. I guess it comes down to AMD versus Intel??
