I am currently trying to stream video files from a web server directory and no movie files are playing.

Clicking the movie it load then says file cannot be played. Only a very few movies are able to be played.

Any help?

First I'd try updating to XBMC v12.2. Though it might be a misconfiguration on the HTTP server.
