hi folks

lately i have found some live tv streams to have choppy playback
i thought it was a sound issue because i noticed it first when i hooked my laptop over hdmi to my lcd tv.
then i read a guide for XBMC sound and i made de configuration exactly as told. didnt help

for example:

i have 3 channels on the TVPortuguesa add-on. exactly the same audio and video (ACC + H264)

1 plays as if Fast forward was selected
2 with frameskipping
3 plays fine

any hint?

i have frodo 12.2 on windows 7 home premium. latest librtmp.dll

try disbaling video acceleration in the settings of xbmc

I can confirm that disabling video acceleration under video of Xbmc fixes the problem, a big thanks to crusader88. However the said streams buffer a lot.

The stream is buffering becuase of server overload, in other words many people are viewing the same site same channel that you are getting that channel from, another source may help
