sorry if this isn't placed in the correct forum, i'm new to the xbmc forums. first, i'd like to thank the creators. xbmc is a damn godly program for the xbox. i've set it to my main dashboard and it boots extremely fast. its lightweight and customizable and i just love it. but enough with my rambling, i just upgraded from an older version that came in the aid2.11 autoinstaller disc. in that version, weather was displayed on the main menu and in the newest cvs (well, its the 12-25-2005 version, not sure if its newest but) it isn't there. is it an option available some where to put it on the main menu or do i have to edit the xboxmediacenter.xml file? thanks for everything, krayola.

no, right now i'm using a skin i got from xboxskins.net (sorry if link is wrong its something like that) and i downloaded the xbmc media center edition v.2 skin. i'm using that for now, do i still use the manual and can you hint me off where to look, its a damn long (but well worth ) read. thanks again, krayola.

okay, if your skin uses the button scroller, you simply add the button into the button scroller part of home.xml (if it's an old skin, check this in skin.xml anything below 1.8 is 'old
', you put it into xboxmediacenter.xml instead).
