We've just released a new TapiRex addon that shows callerID-notifications in XMBC. TapiRex is a Windows callerID-notification tool that supports Tapi, Capi and Skype and can be extended by addons by anyone for free.
The new XBMC-notifications addon can be installed on any Windows machine running TapiRex and can then notify any XBMC instance (i.e. any XBMC on Raspberry Pi) in your local network about incoming calls.

You can install TapiRex trial version for free from www.tapirex.com, it will offer the XBMC addon automatically during setup. Alternatively, you can install the XBMC addon for TapiRex manually from the TapiRex addons page if you already have TapiRex installed.
