How do people's , I'm new to xbmc, just recently found out about it and I've jailbroken my Apple TV, unfortunately I updated software without knowing, and I'm running 5.3, just wondering if I can still install xbmc on it and if so what's the best way to do that, thanks in advance.

If you can jailbreak it, you should be able to install XBMC on it, as far as we know.
