I recently got a pulse-eight adapter and everything is working great except for one problem.
When I turn on XBMC it is set to turn on AVR and TV. This takes a few seconds to settle, by which time XBMC has already started, not detecting the secondary display or the HDMI sound devices so it shows up on my primary screen with default sound card as the default selection. If I turn it on when the TV and/or AVR are powered on it goes it functions correctly and outputs both audio and video through HDMI.
Is it possible to add a delay between these two events so that the TV will be on when XMBC starts enumerating the devices?
