Possibly a silly question but say I have all my movies on 1 drive, added to library and all is good. How do I go about adding another drive and have my movies library split over the 2. ( or more ) drives?

Add a second video source. The library will always group it all together and such. I've even had TV shows spread across more than one hard drive, and XBMC takes care of it as if it were in one place.
