Is there a way to retrieve header information if you use XBMC->OpenFile to get a web url?

Basically I'm looking to retrieve the Set-Cookie fields. I want to know if something exists before I attempt at writing a socket method...


EDIT: Noticed that the XBMC->OpenFile function will store cookies form the url to the cookies.dat file in the XBMC temp folder. So this question is obsolete.
