Ok, so I downloaded the FFmpeg package for windows.

Then I ran the below from the command line:

Code:
ffplay http://p.events-delivery.apple.com.edgesuite.net/1309ouhbqdvaeodhbqedvojhbadsfv/m3u8/atv_vod_mvp.m3u8

It takes a while before it loads, but eventually the Keynote stream does play.

So I don't understand it anymore.. Memphiz can you please shed some light on this?

yes you are using the m3u8 which is already parsed out of the mov reference file ... (and m3u8 files work in xbmc aswell ... if you add this link to an strm file it will play in xbmc too - but the initial link is a mov referene file linking to that m3u8 Wink ).

builds with fixed mov reference support (selects the stream based on bandwidth limitation settings in xbmc settings - same like we do with m3u8):

OSX32:

Nod Sorry to resuscitate this old thread.

Is there any way to watch the upcoming Apple Keynote live streaming on xmbc running on a Ouya?

if it uses the same mov container format - no - and not likely to be added soon. Its not so straight forward to add it into our player design and i am not interested to spend any more time on it ...

After the event, you can find the video record as an official Apple Podcast : search for Apple Keynote in Apple Store in iTunes. So you can watch it and you can airplay it on XBMC.

But I assume your question was to watch the event live, and not after.... I don't have an awswer for this.....

the live event will be broadcast on apple site: http://www.apple.com/live/ there is no w a countdown shown.

Do you think that i can stream it form my iMac to the ouya XBMC?

I want it on the big screen Smile
