Windows Media Center is limited to (2) digital TV tuners.
How many does the built in PVR in XBMC support?

Xbmc doesn't have a PVR back end, but communicates to various PVR back ends, such as wmc, mythtv, tv-headend etc. I don't think there is a limit in mythtv with phyaical tuners, althouh it limits you to 5 virtual tuners per physical tuner. I currently have 4 physical tuners which equals 20 virtual tuners.

Actually I think it is more than 5!
