I have th Gbox Midnight set up as I want it. I'm getting another one for my brother, would I be able to copy the org.xbmc.xbmc folder from my box and copy it over to the new box. Making an exact replica. Skin, shortcuts,favorites, add ons etc?

In theory, yes. More so if it's the same model, which likely means you wouldn't even have to adjust settings.
