I am unable to find the clean library option on the nightly releases. Is it not implemented yet.

left hand sidebar menu -> change the settings level. Hopefully a better UI option will be forthcoming.

Yes I found the setting, thanks. To clarify, for anyone else that reads this thread. There is now a user level setting. The setting needs to be set to advanced to see all options. (Clean library is one of them) By default user is set to standard. To get to this setting, on the default confluence skin go into settings and then follow Ned's post above.
