The closest thing I've found to direct access to DXVA2 is ActivateWindow(Videossettings). Is there anything more direct, such as a command to toggle it without going through the Settings menu? What about specifying it on a per-display basis? I would like to run my monitor on the Intel Haswell graphics in software mode and my TV on my GT430 in DXVA2 mode, which is what I'm really after with these questions.
