Is your problem is with ATV1? it seems you have an issue with RTMP: ERROR: RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header
Update your RTMP lib. Also, you could do a test with livestreams using a well known RTMP stream.

Play from here = play the list of episodes from a selected episode.
Play all = play all episodes
Only if it's possible to do :-)
I have this option on YouTube add on so, it's good to keep kids watching their episodes .

RTMP is the latest suprised why its giving you that, i have livestreams and make my own channels and they all work fine
