Solved Patch to fix exit after pause on certain streams (especially RTMP, BBC iPlayer)
#1
Pull request https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/3377 submitted to fix a problem when pausing and unpausing RTMP streams. On unpausing the stream will often terminate rather than continuing correctly.

The following issue describes this (closed but never resolved):

Hello, im having this issue with frodo 12.2 how is this solved ?

When im watching streaming videos with add-ons that are hosted on servers with high bandwidth load and because of that they use streaming less code witch loads only a few minutes ahead and waits for you to catch up in order to buffer a few more mins, the program instead of pausing video and wait for it to buffer again... it just stops and closes the stream like its finished (no V tick watched tho) with no error.

I am sorry, I read the date of the post before replying and it is like a week after frodo 12.2 release, and what it says if I am not wrong is that a bug tracking issue listed 3 years ago was refering it as solved before frodo 12.2 stable release.
So what I did was to bump it up and confirm that this 3 years old bug is still there and I even provided my own point of view version of this happening in order to narrow it down and fix it.
I do not use dev builds to know if this is fixed or not, so I am sorry Smile
I only saw that in the bug tracking updates there is one guy 4 months ago saying that this bug is still out there and asking to reopen....

So my question now is, when can we expect a stable Gotham release to replace Frodo?
