Hi there, I am having problem in my xmbc, it say script failed py.service. What does this mean help please anyone!! Thank you in advance

Can't help you much with so little information provided. Which version number of XBMC are you running? Which operating system? What were you doing in XBMC at the time the error presented itself? What does your debug log (wiki) say about what may be the reason for this error?
