Something i'd like to see is a windows config tool that allows you to connect to xbmc live hosts and pulls all the settings. Like sources for music/videos/tv shows. Ultimately be able to take a config and drop it on another client to replicate the settings.
This would allow me to see all the settings for the host very easily and make changes in a windows GUI.
XBMC should have an option to remove lists/views and settings and go into a viewing dumb mode to make the browsing easier and prevent accidental showing of menus. (Remote config view - enable / disable).
How many times do you make changes?...rare and trying to get my 70 yr mother in law to use it can be a nightmare. Im trying to find ways of removing as many options as possible and just having the live view on the TV to be just a browser/app runner.
