I am getting some strange behavior and I think it may be the files format but am not sure what to be looking for. The videos will play back but there are off and on spots of artifacts all over the screen. I have not had this issue while playing them through vlc. It seems to be a codec issue but not sure what to try.
I am using the October Monthly. Windows 8 Pro 64
