I am super new, installed this yesterday, seems cool, I have no idea all the things it can do yet but at the moment, I can't even watch videos saved on my computer. They play in slow motion but worse. The duration doesn't change properly, there is no sound. Almost like my computer just can't handle it or something but it should be able to. Any setting or something I need to change? Any help would be great. Thanks

I have an Acer Aspire, Intel I3 370M Dual core 2.4ghz processor, 3mb L3 cache, Intel HD graphics, 4GB DDR3 ram, 500GB HD with about 172GB free, running windows 7 32 bit. Its about 3 years old now and I keep it pretty clean so it works pretty good still.
Does that help the diagnosis?
