is it possible to change the start up / splash screen to the one that is in the feature freeze announcement post? if so how and where is it ? . thanks guys , paulsk2

i`ve done a search and found others asking the same same question but with no answer . surely it cant be that hard?? just asking for a location so i dont have to browse through my 11 gig userdata folder
