Subtitle service works but fails to download..what should i do? i've reset the subtitle settings and set it up again but that didnt fix it

I got the same problem today. Everything worked fine yesterday, but today I get the same error message as mariosxrist. Anyone able to help? Using latest stable version of Kodi (16.0).

Actually, it seems like the problem was with the film I tried to watch. Case closed for me.
