The TVDB not downloading all information
#1
Hi guys,

Recently i built a new HTPC/Steambox and set up XBMC 12.2 and my problem lays in that the TVDB isn't scraping all the information.
It successfully adds each new show into XBMC, but doesn't bother to find the name of each episode and just shows the episode number..

It looks like this (example):

The Big Bang Theory
Season 2

2x01
2x02
2x03
...
etc

Instead of

The Big Bang Theory
Season 2

The Bad Fish Paradigm
The Codpiece Topology
The Barbarian Sublimation
...
etc

Why is this happening? Is there something wrong with the scraper?

I'm using Sickbeard with this, is that application somehow interfering with the scraper?
I'm using Windows 8 if that matters

Is Sickbeard generating .nfo files? If so, that might be the issue.

Do you see the title when you click on Episode Information (context menu)?
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.

Yeah, Sickbeard is generating .nfo files, if I bring up the Episode Information most of it is just blank.

Ok, you probably want to do 2 things then:

1. Refresh a show while you have debug logging enabled, and grab the Debug Log.
2. Post the .nfo file for an episode that shows up blank.

Cheers,
Jonathan
