hey to all,...
i use the addon hue.ambilight
it s a great addon,...
it will be perfect if
it could have a ambilight effect during music visualisation,...
the question has been already asked,...
here is the cees-elzinga (the autor of the addon) response:
"
This would be a great addition. But it's also a lot of work. Since I don't use XBMC for music playback myself this won't happen (at least not by me..)
"
source
but i have read that in the boblight thread:
""
Currently boblight is only driven when the videoplayer is running. We hope to be able to extend it to the menu and even music playback in the future- though this will need major changes in the XBMC core so it wouldn't be the near future
""
is the same situation here,....??
i use the addon hue.ambilight
Code:
""An XBMC add-on that controls Philips Hue lights.
In "Theatre mode" the add-on dims the the Philips Hue lights as soon as a movie starts playing, and turns the lights back on once the movie is done.
"Ambilight mode" turns your Philips Hue lights in a room-sized ambilight""
